1.You don’t have absolute control over anybody in life. Not even your spouse, the only person you can control is you. Just like the boat and the wind. You can’t control the direction of the wind, but you can steer your boat to your desire by your sails...

Note the word ABSOLUTE CONTROL oooo
Their is a limit to even 'woman power', Abi?
In other words, exercising the right control over yourself will give you your desired result

OVER TO THE BUSINESS OF THE DAY...
I will be discussing on a topic important to both Men and Women. The topic is“MEN ARE MODELS”

When God made Man, there was an order to it...
Before Man became a Father, he had a WIFE
Before he had a Wife, he had a Work...
😎 Work, Wife, Father.

Please Note, each of those Responsibilities attract a Modeling Duty as well.
That is to say, God set an example of Perfection for Man and expects Man to act in "his image and after his likeness (ability) "
We will be examining these briefly before our time runs out 🏃 😂

1. The first Task of Man is Work.
Man is to Model the Creator at his Work
Adam, the first Man was given PURPOSE, placed in the garden and empowered to be a Model of Perfection;
his primary assignment was to dress the garden and to make his environment better.
Your Purpose is simply your Primary Place of Assignment on Earth (😉)
Your point(s) of contact to add value to the world

2. The second... Husband
Man is to Model: CHRIST
Adam got a beautiful Wife and became an husband.
The Bible says that men should love their wives as Christ loved the church… (Eph 5:25)

I know Many Men will be tempted to stop the verse there... And gave himself for it
People usually leave out that part of the verse.
AND GAVE HIMSELF FOR IT

3. The Third.... A Father,
Man is to Model the Father.
That is why, if I say think of a father, by default, the first person you will think about is most likely Your Dad
If you find it difficult to ask your dad for pocket 💰
You will need some extra training on the love nature of God 😂
When Man becomes a father, he represents the Model of God to his Family, he feeds, protects, and provides for them in Love.
Well,  that is the original plan. These days we have serious issues and matters that touch the heart.

Please, let us note the order carefully once again because what is happening in the society today is sometimes the reverse case.

The Man is called to be:
A Worker,
An Husband, and then
A Father.

If the last becomes the first..., there will be disorder in the system.

If he becomes a Husband before working (Purpose), the wife will not be functional as the helpmeet she was created to be.
And the children coming will be raised in a dysfunctional system. That is why Proverbs says “where there is no vision, the people perish.”
Please Note, Work here does not just mean a job to feed and survive...
My slang for it is "Your major Area of "KINGING"
Your Sphere of Influence for God, (mine for instance is Education and Religion Mountain)

Since this is A RELATIONSHIP PLATFORM,
we will focus on the point 2 and 3
Because of Time, I will streamline on POINT TWO

2. Husbands Modelling Christ
Men, please let us understand that the Best Lover of all times is Christ and he has set a Standard for the Family..

 I remember Andrew Wommack said “don’t mess with the church because she is someone’s Wife.”  Whose wife is the church?

Women, if your husband can love you the way Christ loved the church, then your marriage is going to be like paradise.
Let me quickly highlight 4 Points to Model the Love of Christ to the Wife and Family
The Model of CHRIST Love for his Bae is as follows 💃💃💃
1.        Unconditional Love
Non deserving... 🤓
Christ didn’t know your gender, color, financial status, FAITHFULNESS and morality before he loved you.
He decided to love you no matter what you have done or how bad you have messed up.

When Someone deserves your Love before you give it to him/her, then it is not True Love.
True love just loves the spouse no matter what he or she does. In order Words, he forgives them in advance for their past present and Future Sins. This is called the Law of advanced forgiveness.

Lols, Now, the men are thinking…. That is too much, well, that is why you should allow God to be the center of your Family.
He will empower you to walk in the reality of HIS IMAGE and HIS LIKENESS

And Women too, can you see what I am talking about? Can you see why it is dangerous to marry a nice guy that is not saved.
Common now, that unsaved dude is the devil’s relative no matter how nice and caring he “appears to be.”

Proofs of TRUE LOVE
+ True Love is an Action and not a Reaction. You initiate it and not respond.
+ True Love is a choice and not a feeling. No matter how you feel about that person, your choice is LOVE
+ True Love is anchored on Convictions. If you are not convinced yet, you can change your mind. Decide and stick to your decisions
+ True love is conviction leading to affection, not affection leading to conviction

Now over to the Second point of Modeling the Love of Christ


2.        Self Sacrificing
The most precious thing to a man, is his Life, after that… every other thing follows.
Christ decided to give away the most important asset to his wife, the Church as a prove of his love and COMMITMENT.
Please note that, Sacrifice is a proof of commitment. If you don’t make personal sacrifices in a relationship, then you are a parasite.
If you are always complaining about what he does and what he didn’t do, then you are a WHAT?

Proofs of Self Sacrifice
+ You give your time, Jesus spent time with the crowd, disciples and the father even more than he spend for himself.
If you don’t sacrifice quality time to be with your spouse (picnics, time outs, hotel retreats *winks),  then you are not self sacrificing nothing.
+ You give your will or passion.
Men, no matter how important your NEWS or SUPER SPORT is, be self sacrificing enough to allow your spouse enjoy her Telemundo (lols)
Women, give your husband a break… stop demanding this and that all the time.
Let him decide the play he wants once in a while and have fun WITH HIM doing it (not grudgingly, lols)
+ Your give your Resources (MONEY)
A man that I admire so much says before he gets a car, he will make sure his wife gets one first. Spoil your woman with good gift (you know your capacity o).
Women, try reading Proverbs 31 (the virtuous woman) and you will understand that women actually bring goods and honor to the house. Make your house a Palace and make your husband your Queen. Spoil him with love, care and respect.
